Montreal Ska Fest (Read 2940 times)

massawippi YaBB Newbies Posts: 6	Montreal Ska Fest Mar 23^rd, 2009, 11:56pm Montreal Ska Festival? Internet tells me this http://www.montrealskafestival.ca/, but that is the only information that I could find. Does anybody out there have the inside scoop? is there really a ska fest or did someone put that one-page site up to build up all of our hopes, only to dash later? we have the right to know....

I contacted the organisers to try to get The Wax Buckets on the bill. Check your private messages, I've sent you everything I know.

Yup. No jokes it's for real. We're keeping tight-lipped about the details right now though.

For the meantime, we are just promoting some local shows. Anyone who wants more info should come out to see Lo and Chris (ex-Kingpins) and Stepper this Saturday at l'Absynthe, or come out to dance with DJ Agent Jay (from the Slackers!) April 4th at the House of Reggae!
